Life has been good around our house!!! After so many years of dating we are getting MARRIED!!!!!! This isn't new news but I'm just posting it. Who knew there were so many decisions?! Oh my goodness. It was overwhelming and stressful at first but now things are slowing down. J is working on our invitations now that football season (coaching) is over. Now we just need to figure out when we are going to have our engagement pictures taken.

I'm still here...

Well things have been a bit busy since I last posted months ago!! We moved (hopefully for the last time) in June and have been slowly getting settled. We have been working on the house and updating it and making it ours. Oh my has it been a project!!! It's been fun. Right now I am working on painting the mantle and window trim. I'm anxious to finish this project and get the Christmas decorations up!!! Pictures to follow.

This is a wallaby that I made and haven't quite finished for my mom's coworker. I should finish it and get it done and over with.

Here is my own creation of a hat. Apparently I thought I would make it for a pumpkin. It doesn't fit anyone! I think I might felt it and see how that works out.

And another hat I made for John. Yep you guessed it...It doesn't fit! Do you see a theme?

And this one here is my own wallaby. Slowly it's getting finished.

So Caitlin this is for you as I am talking to you on the phone! I finally have some proof of the things that I've been doing.

Well that took about forever to get my blog changed off of a Christmas theme. Things are all the same here. Just ready for the spring.

This is a picture when John and I were at Elokia Lake last spring. He's teaching me how to fish for something more than trout. I have a long way to to go though.

SNOW!!

Poor Carmin stuck in the snow. She loves it though. Loves to catch snowballs and run around like crazy through the back yard.

While I was shoveling. Last year it snowed a ton on my days off. This year the same thing happened. We might have to invest in a snowblower.

Well it's been a while since I've posted. Nothing too exciting going on. Except for the fact that it's snowed at least a foot in the past day or so. Once I can figure out how to get the pictures off the camera I will post some.

Now to think about some warmer times, here are some pictures from the summer.

Here's a good picture of Caitlin. Her and Branden were down for a couple of weeks this summer from Alaska to visit. We all headed out to the lake to act like a bunch of teenagers. Apparently we've all aged over the past years and tubing and kneeboarding isn't as easy as we all remembered.

Meet the dog!

Here are some pictures of our dog, Carmin. We got her back in January. The first one of her was taken not too long after she got home. The other one is from this summer when we took her out on the boat. She loves the water and more so trying to chase things that are flying. Makes for an interesting time. She's a great addition!!! Slightly spoiled I must admit though!!!
